Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Training Manager for our Dermatological Beauty Division to join our team in Stockholm.

Your mission…

Your responsibility as a Training Manager is to develop and execute trainings for our brands and services, in line with the Nordic Training strategy. You will contribute to the growth of our Dermatological Beauty division through creation and implementation of an effective training plan.

While being part of the division’s Nordic training team you will drive the local training strategy for Sweden. You will train our retailers on our brand-related products and services of brands Vichy, La Roche-Posay and CeraVe, and train the team internally. You also actively create and execute service, sales, and category related trainings towards our retailers. Besides leading trainings for Sweden, you take lead as a training expert for brand VICHY in the Nordic training team. You drive the training strategy for the brand collaborating closely with the Nordic brand team and take lead on preparing brand training content for the training managers community.

Develop local training plan for Sweden based on the Nordic plan Organize and execute trainings for retailer personnel according to the plan Execute and create the local adaptation of training materials Develop digital learnings Administrate the digital training platform for Sweden Represent the division as a brand/product expert in relevant external events Be the Vichy brand expert in the Nordic training team, creating brand training strategy and leading material development for the community Interact effectively with other departments (marketing, sales, logistics, medical relations…) and retailers Manage training budget Follow-up and report You are..

Solid background in training, beauty or sales, preferably with strong skincare knowledge Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience Good communication skills combined with motivating and engaging personality Excellent presentation skills and experience of presenting to all types of audiences Entrepreneurial spirit and independent working attitude Out of the box thinking Ability and willingness to travel Fluent in Swedish, good level of English skills Good computer skills Driver’s license You live preferably in/near Greater Stockholm region We are looking for our Training Manager to start as soon as possible .
