In two years time, during the summer of 2024, the biggest sport event of the world, the Olympic Games, are going to take place in the capital of love, Paris.

The organizational committee of Paris 2024 needs you because they need 45.000 volunteers from around the world to make the Olympics the most unforgettable experience for athletes, supporters, media etc.

At least 10 of the 45.000 volunteers will come from Denmark. They are chosen by the Danish Olympic Committee to represent the country during the Olympic Games in 2024.

You can be part of the adventure and your job will be: Audience support, media support, Olympic and Paralympic Family support, transportation, anti-doping, medical service, language support and more.

You don’t need a diploma or any specific experience to be chosen. You just need to bring your joy and your motivation.

Here are the conditions to apply

• You must be 18 years old (in January 2024) or more.
• You must have a valid passport from Denmark.
• You must speak English or French.
• You must be available during the Olympic period from 26th of July to 11th of August 2024.
• You must be available for a minimum of 10 days (continuous or not).

Here is the process of application

You need to fill out the form and answer a few simple questions. You will also be asked to upload your CV and write a few lines about yourself and your motivation to be a volunteer. Everything has to be in English or French.

Important dates

• Application form must be submitted before the 27th of June 2022. After this date no application form will be considered.
• In July 2022 you will be contacted by the Danish Olympic Committee.
• Interview sessions with the Danish Olympic Committee will be held in July 2022 and you will get an answer no later than July 30th 2022.
• Interview sessions with the organizational committee of Paris 2024 will be held between January and March 2023.
• In September 2023 – with less than a year to the Olympics - you will receive the final acceptance by the organizational committee of Paris 2024.
