Volunteer IT Optimizer

And would you like to join our small and dedicated IT Team in a vibrant and fast paced workplace?

MSF is seeking an experienced IT professional who finds it meaningful to bring their collected skills to a very versatile and influential role: Supporting, promoting, and strengthening IT adaptation in the organization and exerting their experience in exciting and challenging projects.

You will be working with:

• Providing on-site and remote support for approx. 40 dedicated colleagues, primarily centered around Office 365 (Teams, other common O365 tools).
• Process optimization and automation (manual and systems processes).
• Small- and larger-scale projects and implementations and systems integrations
• Assisting the Team in various ad hoc IT related assignments, projects and events in (and maybe outside) the office.

You are:

• Passionate about IT and empowering people within the context of a hybrid work environment.
• A skilled communicator in English and Danish (orally and written).
• Equally a team player and an efficient self-driven problem solver.
• Also comfortable with time-consuming in-depth analysis when required, and not afraid to think out-of-the-box.

We are looking for a person with:

• Expert knowledge of Windows and Office 365.
• Experience within Azure, local Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with process optimization, automation and device management processes and solutions (e.g. InTune, AutoPilot or others).
• Proficient documentation skills.

The position is unpaid. We therefore acknowledge that it must fit into your schedule, and we are flexible in adjusting working days and hours.

We’re looking for an open-ended commitment with a minimum of 7 hours weekly.

At MSF Denmark, volunteers are an integral and valued part of our workforce, collaborating and sparring with office staff, student assistants and other volunteers in a tightly knitted cross-departmental work environment.
