UX Designer

Due to the dynamic growth of ProData Consult with emagine, we are looking for someone eager to take on the position of UX/ UI Designer in a team of fifteen employees in Poland and Denmark. You would be involved in internal projects focused on web and mobile tools to support the management of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities

• You will take charge of the UX/UI throughout the process, from scoping and prototyping
  
  

• and design to user testing and deployment. Translate specifications from a business or IT perspective into usable user experiences on both simple and very complex workflows.
  
  

Our requirements

• We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer, with the skills to:
  
  
• build user stories, and map user flows
  
  
• understand the business requirements and goals of a project, and the ability to question them
  
  

• bring ideas to life through prototyping
  
  
• create appealing and user-friendly designs – with strong attention to details
  
  
• conduct user testing – online & onsite
  
  
• focus on the overview while having an eye on the details
  
  
• communicate fluently and confident in English
  
  

• We work in Figma, and it is considered a plus if you have knowledge of Google Analytics, Usertesting.com, Hotjar, or other user-behavior tracking tools.
