Opportunity for Graduates - Junior IT Specialist (Patch Management)

We are looking for junior Operation Guy/Girl that would like to become a specialist within the patch field. You just have to be experienced in the field of Microsoft Servers and we will learn you the basics on patch management. If you join us, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a team of specialists with focus on improving our solutions for all our customers.

You will join our Backup & Patch team

The team is located in Prague and several locations in Denmark. You will have 5 colleagues in Denmark, 2 of them very skilled Patch Management Specialists and there are 3 more colleagues who help us with daily tasks located in the Philippines.

Most of our communication is virtual, but you can expect to travel to our Danish offices to better know your colleagues here and you can expect once in a while their visit in Prague office. Most of the time we are working from home but we like to meet each other also in the office or after the working hours. We like to keep a relaxed tone in the team, help and support each other.

About the position

• You will be an integrated part of our team which is responsible for making the patch systems in IT Relation/ITm8 run efficiently.
• We make sure that our colleagues have the knowledge to use the systems and help our customers.
• We assist our colleagues on customer cases with specialist knowledge.
• A big part of the job is to keep improving our solutions by automation and planning future needs for the customers.
• You will also participate in on-call duty outside of the business hours (in a very limited amount)

About you

• General IT knowledge with Microsoft Servers
• DevOps is a part of your thinking
• Ability to adapt to changing environment
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of ITIL based processes will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager will be an advantage
• Experience with Linux, Network, SQL will be an advantage
