We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us as we innovate and streamline how supply chain processes work - making the complex seem simple.About the challenge

We are currently looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer to help us on that tranformation journey.

You will be a part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and you will help build a seamless, consistent and engaging product experience that makes the lives of our users easier.

What you will be doing

• Be a part of an amazingly skilled and diverse team of 14 UX'ers/Designers (and growing)
• Collaborate and work closely with your cross-functional team of engineers, product owners and executives to gather and evaluate user and business needs and requirements
• Explore hypotheses, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, competitor analysis, and user testing to inform your design rationale
• Carry out end to end UX/UI design, including user journeys, flow charts, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and visual assets
• Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively in a range of mediums and fidelities across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI
• Build prototypes to share and test concepts with stakeholders
• Incorporate and recommend ways to extend Maersk's Design System and collaborate with SCM’s own internal design team to improve the library of components
• Give and solicit feedback from other UXers to continually raise our bar for quality.

Who you are

• 7+ years professional hands-on design experience working with complex platforms / ecosystems
• Able to demonstrated strategic product thinking and vision
• Expert understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working on technical teams, skilled in using data to make decisions and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional team.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
