Then join DSV, where we are looking for one more financial IT specialist to join a small, but busy team responsible for our IT cost model.

Join IT Asset Management – part of Global IT

From our HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will become part of our IT Asset Management department. Here, 20 skilled and highly professional colleagues work with areas such as IT master data and software asset management. Specifically, you will join one of our 5 teams – the Technology Business Management (TBM) team. The team is still small; you will be the second specialist to join.

“Our aim is to handle our cost model that helps us allocate our IT costs to the business via the applications. This way, we make the costs more transparent, giving the organisation a great platform for spotting optimization opportunities and fact-based cost discussions,” says Business Architect Ida Vedfelt Petersen.

A cross-functional and global role

As our new financial IT specialist, you will share the responsibility of managing our IT cost model together with Ida Vedfelt Petersen– overall, this means that you will present the overview of what our applications cost, based on the available data. Furthermore, you facilitate our license budget for our Global IT functions across DSV.

Specifically, you will be:

• Maintaining and developing our IT cost model
• Cooperating closely with our Global IT organisation as well as Group Finance
• Cooperating closely with our IT master data team, who builds the calculator and helps us publish our costs in our IT asset repository
• Supporting our various IT business units in their cost overview needs

Organised mindset and a talent for IT and finance

With your great stakeholder management skills, you have the ability to navigate in a complex, international setting where you will be interacting with people on all professional levels and backgrounds. You also have a keen eye for structure and organisation, so that you can juggle more requests and enquires at the same time.

We are fairly open to your specific educational and professional background as well as seniority, but we do expect you to:

• Either have an IT or econimic educational background - or a mix. And have a motivation for learning areas that you are not familiar with yet.
• Have a keen interest in working with Excel
• Either have experience with SAP or a willingness to learn
• Speak and write English on a professional level
