UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer, who loves designing great user experiences. We are a team of 10, having the good fortune to design savings, investment, pension and insurance experiences for 11 million customers across the Nordics.
We work with talented Experience Directors, Senior Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers in a SAFE agile environment. And we hope you want to be our new colleague.
Your future responsibilities
As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for designing relevant, engaging, easy-to-use and joyful interactions within savings, investment, pension and insurance products. Both for our customers and advisers and across digital platforms, including desktop, mobile and tablets.

In particular, you will be part of improving our pension offerings in advice and self-service channels. Helping customers to get an overview of their pension and retirement plan and ensuring we provide relevant and engaging information to our customers.

Our approach is omnichannel, and you will help us bridge the solutions from nordea Life & Pension, self-service and advice to ensure we provide united pension experiences. Being personal and proactive towards our customers as well as bringing them perspective is what we strive towards.

What we offer

Our team is located in a mature multinational design community (60 people, 20 nationalities, 4 countries) in an environment that is driven by the Nordic work culture. True experience, knowledge, teamwork and collaboration over hierarchies and titles. Sharing and helping each other to develop through feedback.

In our team, you will get to work with specialists in UX-, UI-, content design and user research. Every day we tackle complex design challenges to make user- and business needs, technical possibilities, aesthetics and consistency come together. If you like a good puzzle, you will fit right in. We work in a highly collaborative manner utilising the capabilities of Figma. We believe in research as the backbone of our efforts and are thrilled to be able to shape and drive our own research activities.
