Advanced Application Manager for Life Science Application CoE

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to join our Application Center of Excellence team and take care of projects related to one of our customers:

• Providing SDM / SME support for designated systems such as (but not limited to):
  • Ambr, Bioluminate, Biorad, Biorender, FlowJo, Genedata, Geneious, GoodSync, Graphpad, Gyros, HALO, ICP-MS , Intelligent Automation - RPA – BOTs, Lucullus, Mathworks – MatLab, Meso-Scale Discovery – MSD, Mestrelab, Mettler iC, Minitab, Protein Metrics, PyMOL – Schrodinger, Qiagen, Scifinder, SoftmaxPro, Solidworks, Streamlit+TetraScience, tick@lab, Turner Scientific, Unicorn, Winnonlin.
  
  
• Specific activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordination with the R&D line of Business.
  • Acting as System Owner delegate/SME in Quality records (Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs), system periodic reviews, qualification records (scripts, executions) and documentation (procedures, validation documentation).
  • Coordinate activities with other IT teams (Server, Network, Platform etc.).
  • Supervising and managing the application support teams and application management team (Accenture/Lab Tech).
  • Continuous improvement of systems in scope (GxP compliance, processes, service).
  • Involvement in major incident management (MIM), LMS Issues and escalations.
  • Contributing to knowledge management (KBAs).
  • Involved in collaboration with systems vendors.
  • Aligning service window coverage.
  • Collaborating with the Research & PDCS line of Business System Owner Delegate for shared systems.
  
  
• When needed:
  • Guiding the application support team in complex troubleshooting and investigations.
  • Participation in various projects as SME or System Owner delegate (e.g., system upgrades or transitions).
