UX Writer / Localization Coordinator

Your role
As a UX Writer at Trackman, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our suite of golf products. You will be instrumental in driving the translation efforts for the golf suite, working closely with selected sales reps to refine the translation process for releases. Moreover, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-centric product language, ensuring a seamless and engaging interaction for our diverse user base. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Language Development:

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product owners, and developers to create compelling and consistent product language.
• Craft user interface copy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app communication to enhance user understanding and engagement.

Translation Management:

• Manage the translation process for the entire suite of Trackman golf products.
• Work closely with selected sales reps – and external translation partners – to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations.
• Establish and refine a streamlined translation workflow, balancing efficiency and linguistic excellence.

Consistency and Brand Alignment:

• Uphold brand voice and tone guidelines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product language with overall brand messaging and values.

User Research and Feedback:

• Conduct user research to understand language preferences, pain points, and cultural nuances.
• Iterate and refine product language based on user feedback.
