Citrix NetScaler Engineer

Our VDesktop team supports all from small and simple to big and complex Citrix, RDS, and AVD environments. If you join us, your main tasks will be to operate, maintain, build, design new environment for our customers together with develop our business so it’s made easy to deliver even complex things as a standard. Your focus in the team will be mostly NetScalers but not limited to that.

We operate Netscalers on SDX, MPX, VMware, Xenserver and Hyper-V. We use NetScaler Console (ADM Service) to manage devices, so these platforms must be known to you.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Deploy, operate and troubleshoot Citrix NetScaler
• Participate in deployment, operation and troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp & XenDesktop)
• Participate in deployment, configuration and troubleshooting VDIs on both Citrix and VMWare
• Be part of the on-call-duty (outside of working hours)

You are the one we are looking for if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience with deploying and operating Citrix NetScalers
• Are experienced in management systems (like NetScaler Console)
• Are experienced with network knowledge (basic routing/switching)
• Are experienced with Basic NetScaler features, but also SAML, GSLB and WAF
• Are experienced with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp & XenDesktop)
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written

It is your advantage, but not Must, if you also have an experience with:

• VMWare Horizon VDI
• Public Cloud (primarily Azure)
• Application Deployment
• PKI knowledge
• Customizing and optimization of the end-user desktop
• Scripting and automation
• MFA solutions
• Azure Virtual Desktop
