Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for our BEA II Team, where you will take care of the business engagement activities on application services in an End2End delivery of IT Services. You will capture and handle new business demands for application development and take responsibility of business IT strategies and enterprise architecture within the area. It will also be within your area of responsibility to develop application roadmap per business domain and deliver application projects to support their strategies.
Additional to the more technical aspects of this role, people management is also an extremely important part.
You will also be responsible for:
IT support and maintenance of applications (PTC, AX, SP, CRM, etc.) Create transparency of IT deliveries Coordination of demand for resources with external service providers Project portfolio management Delivering business application projects Process development and deployment
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…hold a master’s degree within Business and IT and has at least 5-8 years of industry and IT experience. It is important that you can manage IT demands and stakeholder engagement, and that you are a talented people manager who can motivate and coach a team of dedicated employees.

Are visionary, analytical and open-minded Are a strong communicator and decision-maker Have excellent interpersonal skills Can counsel and challenge senior management Can act in a dynamic work environment Are a people manager who can contribute to creating a high performance team Have experience from working in a partly outsourced IT organisation Have solid business acumen and business process understanding Have application experience (preferably AX)
