Sensor & Electronics department develops and maintains advanced sensor solutions and control platforms for all Vestas turbines.
You will be part of the development team, which sets the requirements for advanced sensor solutions and control platforms, owns the system design and do specification, integration, test and verification of the entire system.

You will be part of the development team, which sets the requirements for advanced sensor solutions and control platforms, owns the system design and do specification, integration, test and verification of the entire system.
Responsibilities
- Integrate new features into the turbine and in changes, improvements and updates to existing functions.
- Identify and specify new solutions with subsequent qualification and integration in the turbine.
- Coordinate and define technical tasks/solutions in different projects and actively work with the team as well as external stakeholders.
- You will be doing some design work and evaluation, but your main task is defining the tasks through others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Machinist (marine) or working experience in Large Systems / Machines in Electrical area.
- Knowledge of engineering change management.
- Experience in working with Bill of Materials.
- Experience with system integration/implementation (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Some knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility) and EMC testing
- General knowledge of electrical systems
Competencies
- Highly motivated and self-initiated to learn.
- Good communication skills both to internal team members and to external stakeholders.
- Good at coordinating and follow-up
