We are looking for a Software Test Engineer for our Test and Verification team who can participate in shaping the future success of Ambu.

Tasks
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of our monitor development projects from early development to final verification testing. You will be responsible for writing test scripts and test protocols as well as performing the actual testing as a member of a Scrum team. You will hereby play an important role in ensuring that we deliver high quality products, and in ensuring that we are shaping the best possible solutions to benefit our patients. A high level of technical know-how regarding computing, computers and hardware is required.
We work in a very collaborative and agile environment, where open and honest discussions are an integral part of the way we solve complex problems. For new team members, we place higher value on the willingness to learn new skills and to improve yourself, than on having detailed knowledge of everything.
Your skills
You can have various backgrounds and experiences to qualify for this job. Working experience with writing test cases, test reports and reviewing of product requirements in a regulated industry is a plus. Experience with coding of high-level language and with using scripts for automated testing, API interfaces, automated testing of GUI’s or similar will be regarded positively. Experience as a Scrum team member is also welcomed, but not a prerequisite.
We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or similar. Preferably, you have some years of professional experience in software testing or development. You are eager to learn and share your knowledge. You are good at communicating and presenting your ideas, and you are proficient in English, both written and verbal.
