Technical Software Tester
Are you passionate about software quality and testing? Do you have an eye for detail while seeing it as part of a bigger system? Then the Test and Verification team at Ambu is looking for you as a technical software tester, to help us deliver new and innovative products to healthcare professionals worldwide.
We are in the process of establishing a software development center to support our growing pipeline of visualization products. We need skilled people to join us in a new, dedicated software test team. Do you want to join in shaping the future success of Ambu?
Tasks
As a software tester, you will be an integral part of our monitor development projects from early development to final verification testing. You will be responsible for writing test scripts and test protocols as well as performing the actual testing. You will help us extend our capabilities within automated testing and deliver faster feedback loops to the developers. You will have an important role in ensuring that we deliver high quality code and are shaping the best possible solutions to the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

Your skills
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or similar. Preferably, you have some years of professional software testing or development experience from a regulated industry and have experience with writing test cases and test scripts.
Experience or knowledge in the following topics will be an advantage in the Job:

- Good knowledge of coding patterns and practices – preferably within embedded software
- Experience with coding - preferably in C++ or Python.
- Experience with API testing and automated testing is a plus
