We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG). As the Digital Content Manager for B2B, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the digital content strategy for our company's B2B websites. This position is based in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Head of Digital B2B.

The team’s overall purpose is to be a center of excellence for digital transformation for Europe, Canada and US. Thus, we set the direction within these 4 areas:

  • Ecommerce/Digital Content, Marketing Automation, Loyalty and Salesforce CRM and ensure successful adoption by the organization and customers in each market.

Summary:

As the Digital Content Manager - B2B, you will be responsible for driving successful market adoption through engaging and impactful content. You'll ensure that our B2B sites have compelling, relevant and engaging content and features that speak directly to the needs and preferences of our B2B customers. In addition to your expertise in content management, we are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience with e.g. gamification, user engagement, or similar strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

You´ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing Automation, Loyalty, and Content Management, you will create and implement content strategies that captivate the audience, foster user engagement, and align with our company's overall business objectives.

What you can expect Digital Content Manager – B2B at STG:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the B2B platform in alignment with the overall business goals.
  • Create engaging, relevant, and compelling content that speaks to the needs and preferences of B2B customers in collaboration with our brand teams
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce manager B2B and the Marketing Automation manager, also in the team, and other stakeholders to ensure content supports and enhances sales performance and customer onboarding.
  • Ensure that our B2B sites have compelling and engaging content and relevant features that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on the performance of content using tools like Google Analytics and PowerBi to derive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices in B2B and content marketing, implementing relevant improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and data protection requirements in all content produced.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Digital Community in various countries, taking the lead in educating team members on the importance of digital content.
  • Work closely with IT and implementation partners to ensure content is optimized for optimal functionality, security, and scalability.
  • Embrace innovation and change, adapting content strategies to the fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Manager with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and behaviors, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and/or PowerBi, leveraging insights to drive decision-making and optimize content performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with gamification, user engagement, or similar strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and data protection regulations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
