As our new colleague, you will play an instrumental role as a hands-on team leader who will drive and further optimize our approach to publishing product- and campaign content across the BoConcept digital channels, including SoMe, multimarket website, email etc.
The ultimate objective is to publish relevant and inspiring content across our channels that will lead consumers through their purchase decision funnel and ultimately convert or generate a quality lead for our stores.
In close collaboration with the rest of the digital marketing team you will implement campaigns and communication developed by our creative marketing team. This will allow you to use your project/task management know-how, multitasking abilities and digital channel knowledge to secure best possible consumer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
You will refer to Head of Channels and your main work base will be in Herning in a new Activity Based Workplace, where we also offer the flexibility to work from home.

As you will be part of a small, but highly collaborative team, we are looking for a robust marketeer who can lead the publishing team, partner with the other specialist in our digital teams as well as with the Head of Channels.
Your work will be directly linked to our overall marketing ambitions to reach more consumers, drive up engagement getting the consumer into and forward in the funnels towards purchase. Because you have done this before, you know the shortcuts and pitfalls for making a digital content publishing flow efficient and a success. You have a structured operational mindset and know that the value of a strong idea is zero if it isn’t implemented and seen by consumers.

- Hands-on team leadership of publishing team, consisting of 1 jr. Content Specialist and 4 student workers
- Planning, implementing and performing quality checks on marketing campaigns across global digital channels
- Optimize and trim publishing and implementation process and workflow in order to bring more relevant and inspiring content to our consumers
- Work towards continuously improvement through a test-measure-learn approach
- Staying up to date on channel trends and updates related to publishing

- Solid digital content and publishing experience within an international brand
- Experience within digital agency or digital marketing team
- Some publishing experience in working with SoMe platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Sitecore, though this is not a requirement
Your educational background and number of years of experience is less important to us. What we are looking for professionally is someone who has:
- Pro-active “can-do” attitude and ability to drive content publishing across multiple digital channels, markets and franchise stores
- Hands-on experience in implementing SEO initiatives for improving metrics and discoverability on Google
- An organized, detail oriented and self-motivated personality and can work independently within teams and asks the right questions to get the job done correctly and efficient
