We are looking for a graphic designer / digital consultant who will become an important part of developing digital learning content and design to support our vision in this area. So, if you are ready to work with different tools within graphic design and digital learning and want to have a meaningful job, this is the position for you!
You will become a part of a dynamic department that works with capacity development of authorities, national human rights institutions and other state actors as well as with monitoring, evaluation and learning. We are approximately 16 employees working with different types of tasks that are all related to strengthening human rights internationally.
You will mainly be working together with our digital learning project manager and copy writer on developing and updating digital learning content and design. The content will mainly be in English, but you should also expect to work with the implementation of translations in other languages. Though we are a small team, we use agile methods to manage the development of content.
Your tasks will be a combination of clearly defined tasks and more open development projects, which will give you a working week with lots of variation.
We expect that you will be working with the following types of tasks:
Therefore, we expect you to be a user of Adobe CC programmes, and that you are willing to familiarise yourself with programmes for e-learning development.
We expect you to be proactive, service minded and that you have an eye for details. You should be able to work independently but also like to be a part of a team. Digital learning is still an area under development, so you need to be flexible and ready to adapt as needed while still delivering quality products. It will be an advantage if you have experience with digital learning, communicate well in written English and has knowledge of other languages, such as French or Arabic.
You will become a part of an inclusive and dedicated workplace with many different nationalities. You will get experience with digital learning and the opportunity to further develop your skills as a graphic designer. You will certainly learn more about human rights and how we work with training and learning within this field.

Salary and terms of employment
The position is a 6 months full time position (37 hours work week) based in Copenhagen. Salary will be determined in accordance with Danish Ministry of Finance’s agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations with the possibility to negotiate individual supplements.

- Implementing translations of e.g. videos and e-learning courses
- Smaller web development tasks/development of our platforms
