We are looking for a UX designer to take over our Identity Access Management experience.
An important part of our digital voyage is creating a setup to manage our customers’ identity and personal information. Our customers include transport and logistics professionals as well as ferry passengers. You will be facilitating a unified login experience to all our digital customers, from all three of those groups.

You will join a development team called Identity & Profile, a core enabler in our IT structure. The team is serving our entire product portfolio. It’s a key to our digital and personalised future. Your main responsibilities will be:
Aside from being part of the Identity & Profile team you’re expected to be an active member of the UX & Design Chapter. The “Chapters” in DFDS focus on your professional development, implementation of a unified strategy and sharing best practices across the organisation.

About the job

- Testing and perfecting following IAM related flows: Login, account creation, PII self-service, consent management and many more.
- Collaboration with other development teams and UX’ers using your product
- Support for in-house developers building the product
- UX & Design Chapter participation: UX sparring with your Chapter Lead to support your professional development.
Aside from being part of the Identity & Profile team you’re expected to be an active member of the UX & Design Chapter. The “Chapters” in DFDS focus on your professional development, implementation of a unified strategy and sharing best practices across the organisation.
About you
You are a Creative with a burning passion for data and the following skills and mindset:
- At least 3 years of professional, fulltime experience, preferably with user identity management.
- English fluency (we’re an international company).
- Professional user of Figma or Sketch.
- You see data as an essential part of digital development.
- You have both a creative and analytical mindset which helps you innovate, structure and visualize your ideas.
- You are comfortable in a collaborative environment and respond well to feedback, whether it’s coming from the rest of the Chapter, user tests, Hotjar or Google Analytics.
