About the role
On behalf of Shape, Academic Work is looking for Android & iOS Developers to join their Copenhagen office. Shape is known for building high quality mobile apps that tackle real problems and push business forward – apps you might have stumbled upon before like Red bill, IKEA Place, Nordisk Film, Oddset, Fitness World, Magasin, OK, Aarstiderne etc.
And this is where you come into the picture.

Job duties
As a Developer at Shape, you will work mainly on building apps. The projects that you will be working on influence millions of people all around the world. You will be challenged, you will have the opportunity to impress every day, and you will get the respect you deserve. Your range of tasks can involve more client contact, depending on your interest, skills, and where you are in your career.
We are looking for
We imagine that you are in the beginning of your career or that you already have good experience developing apps and want to take it to the next level. We are looking for motivated candidates, who can see themselves in the culture Shape carry out everyday - in everything they do!

What are we looking for?
- For Android Developers, have some sort of experience developing native Android apps using Kotlin or Java using Android Studio and the Android SDK
- For iOS Developers, have some sort of experience with developing native iOS apps using Swift or Objective-C and the iOS SDK
- be highly motivated to work with apps and to develop your skills
- be motivated to become a part of and learn from a team of experienced and passionate developers for iOS, Android and the web
- have an interest in design patterns and well-structured code and workflows
- have a good ability to work with tight deadlines
- want a work place where culture is a big thing
- have excellent English skills – especially verbally as cooperate language is English
