At Cylindo we’re bringing 3D product visualization to global brands and retailers in a photorealistic and easy fashion. We have an extensively growing client base, and are expanding our product suite, which includes 3D delivery automation, 360 degree product spins, Augmented Reality (AR), and much more.

Cylindo is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing Design team. You’ll be working in a cross functional team of experienced engineers, designers and product managers.

The Senior UX/UI Designer will work across the design cycle, conceptualising and designing solutions based on a detailed understanding of our user needs, and validating them.

You should be able to combine a strong sense of empathy with solid analytical skills, and the ability to turn research and insights into delightful experiences for our users, balancing user needs with practicality. You are creative, but also meticulous, and pay great attention to detail.

Primary responsibilities

  • Partner closely with our Content Creation team, 3D partners, Customer Success and Customers to understand what each of our diverse user segments need and want.

  • Work across the design cycle, defining and executing the necessary steps and artefacts inherent to the Design process: facilitating workshops, creating user journeys, task flows, identifying customer problem statements, generating concepts, wireframing, testing and iterating, prototyping, producing detailed specifications, etc.

  • Present findings and solutions to different teams and stakeholders, and be an advocate for the user, while balancing business needs, and delivering tangible solutions.

  • Collaborate with developers on the correct implementation of design specifications.

  • Participate in understanding, organizing, and shaping product requirements.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure proper insights and analysis as the foundation for the design process.

  • Contribute to instilling and developing the UX culture across the organization.



Requirements


  • Relevant education in UX, HCI, or related field, and minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, with a portfolio demonstrating your thought process and work.

  • Experience creating products with complex requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and collaborating with different teams.

  • Complete UX skill set and the ability to identify the adequate steps and artefacts for each scenario.

  • This role will have a stronger UX component, but some UI skills and experience will be valued.

  • Knowledge of best practices, and continuous improvement of your skills.

  • System thinking, with the ability to analyze and contextualize data and results, generating relevant insights and solutions.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to explain your design decisions.

  • Business-driven mindset and approach for tangible results in time. You are capable of finding a compromise between blue sky vision and short term objectives in an agile environment.

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.

  • Experience with SaaS solutions and B2B customers

  • Knowledge of 3D graphics
