With all of the brands growing with double or even triple digit growth online, ACD is on a fast growth journey; and with e-commerce expected to account for more than a third of our turnover in 2022 – and close to 50% in 2025 – we are looking to further expand our growing e-commerce team with an experienced marketing and digital profile as Nordic e-Merchandising & Content Manager, in order to maximize and professionalize our online brand execution across clients.

Your mission…

As Nordic e-Merchandising & Content Manager, you are the driving force behind the online experience execution, collaborating with and being a sparring partner to especially the eKAMs and Online Brand Managers, as well as the Social Brand Managers.

You have in-depth knowledge about consumer behaviors and online trends and are an expert in digital consumer journeys and engagement tactics, which you actively leverage together with insights from our business intelligence systems.

You are responsible for the organization, development and deployment of e-merchandizing assets, texts, and meaningful content for all e-commerce and to some extent owned platforms and CRM touchpoints, and work to ensure consistency and excellence in execution; and with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are able to suggest projects and take them from idea to execution.

You manage a significant e-merchandising budget and are also responsible for our R&R generation initiatives as well as potential content creation like who to videos or other assets you find needed to develop our online business. An important part of this position will also be to specifically improve the online performance of our brands at O+O clients (Brick & Mortar e-retailers), and ambitious project work in this regard is to be expected.

This role will be key in taking our online shopper experience, brand and category expression to higher levels, testing new approaches and presenting best practices. The role will be part of our new and still growing Nordic e-Commerce team, and report directly to the Nordic e-Commerce Director.

You will...

  • Work with the extended e-Commerce Team (commercial and marketing) on the content needs across the animation plans and consumer journeys for both clients’ and owned websites, ratings & reviews, guides & services, lead generation and sampling campaigns, etc.
  • Work to ensure a consistent and strong online expression of the ACD brands and the dermocosmetic category across all clients, and build convincing argumentation for proper client implementation
  • Be the key user for the PIMDAM tool (Product Information & Digital Asset Management) to secure that optimized texts and content are sourced, developed and uploaded in collaboration with Marketing Coordinators, Product Brand Managers and Online Brand Managers, both for the existing brand catalogue and for all new product launches
  • Master being the Key user for EDGE to monitor e-commerce site performance, consistently working with eKAMs and Online Brand Managers to ensure that PDPs are optimized, products are in-stock and brand visibility is still higher to secure excellent performance and integrity scores. In this regard, you will also be the go-to person for the Nordic CMO/CMI team for your brands
  • Lead the consumer journey analytics, gathering and reporting on performance KPIs and potentially developing A/B testing opportunities to ensure consistent evaluation and optimization of the consumer journey. Work with eKAMs, Online Brand Managers, and Social Brand Managers on COOP, banners and other online content creation
  • Take initiative and suggest – and execute – relevant project for better online expression and correlating e-commerce performance
  • Work with eKAMs and KAMs to win online


Your profile...

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in marketing or digital, with a strong interest in developing digitally focused skillsets
  • You are comfortable using digital platforms and tools, i.e. Google Analytics, PIMDAM, MyPlans etc. Being familiar with Salsify and EDGE is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
  • You are proficient in analyzing performance and developing insights to consistently improve performance
  • You are entrepreneurial and might also like to work with graphic/creative brand expression
  • You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong collaboration skills and can interact and spar with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • The role is new in our growing team, and can evolve into many directions and scope depending on the skills you bring
