Your mission...

As E-Merchandising and Content Manager in the LUXE Division for Lancôme, Biotherm and Helena Rubinstein, you are the driving force behind the online experience execution, together with the Online Brand Managers and eKAMs. You are the expert in digital consumer journeys and engagement tactics. You are responsible for coordinating the organization and development of e-merchandising texts, assets and meaningful content for all e-commerce, e-retail, pure player and owned platforms to ensure consistency and excellence in execution, together with relevant stakeholders.

You will…

  • Be a key user for OPERA (PIMDAM) to secure that optimized texts and content are sourced, developed and uploaded in collaboration with marketing coordinators and product brand managers, both for the existing brand catalogue and for all new product launches.
  • Deliver all digital texts and content for executions across owned digital platforms and e-retail destinations
  • Be a key user for EDGE to monitor e-retailer site performance, consistently working with eKAMs and Online Brand Managers to ensure that products are in-stock and brand visibility is high to secure excellent performance and integrity scores.
  • Update EANs and RPCs , organizing and maintaining the product portfolio and priority sku’s.
  • Lead on developing the weekly Portfolio Availability Report, for each E-Merch to develop action plans with brand and EKAM teams.
  • Develop performance A/B and split testing across e-retailer visibility, PDPs, brand pages, etc. to ensure consistent optimization of the consumer journey.
  • Lead on Organic (SEO) and technical implementation coordination with agency to increase consumer engagement and relevancy.
  • Support Online Brand Managers and Digital Media Managers and eKAMs on online content creation.
  • Collaborate with OBMs to ensure owned websites are optimised.
  • Support OBM on executing across all aspects of the consumer journey, including ratings & reviews development, e-sampling campaigns, lead generation, etc.
  • Support Digital Project Manager on the migration from local to international sites


You are…

  • You have +2 years of experience from a marketing role
  • You have a strategic approach to marketing and you understand commercial perspectives
  • You are result driven and always consider ROI of your activities
  • You have understanding of digital marketing, e-retail business, CRM and online platforms
  • You have an understanding of and are comfortable navigating essential digital platforms & tools, i.e. Salsify, OpenText, EDGE and Google Analytics
  • You are proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights and actions to consistently improve performance across your digital ecosystem
  • You are proactive and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish
  • You work independently, ensure continuous alignment with the needed stakeholders
  • You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
  • You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
