With direct reference to our Service Hosting Manager, you will become a part of our 3rd Level Support department of experienced colleagues, who have the responsibility for the installation, configuration, as well as servicing and supporting our IT-solutions for Kamstrup’s customers, including subsequent monitoring. In the team, you will be working closely with a group of dedicated technicians, architects and project managers who all value cooperation and an informal tone.
IT Specialist with flair for Application Operation
In the position as IT Specialist, you will assist our supporters and software developers with troubleshooting and operational security on our global platforms. Together with four colleagues, you will ensure the operation of the infrastructure for our mobile data reading platform, READy, and the associated applications. You will furthermore be responsible for implementing continuous releases and upgrades to the existing applications, data center tools, and the associated infrastructure in Azure, as well as on premises solutions.

- Installation and configuration of Kamstrup’s software - and monitoring tools
- Configuration management
- Continuous automation, streamlining and maintenance of operation tasks and new releases
- 3rd level support on customer systems
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious IT Specialist, who is motivated by the desire to deliver the best IT-solutions through your solid background knowledge within infrastructure and applications operation.
- Proficiency in Windows Server/Azure Platform, is Required
- Professional IT background as engineer, data technician, data scientist or similar
- 5+ years of IT Operational experience within a larger company, where you have worked with large-scale operation
Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you have experience with:
- Internet Information Server
- Data Center Automation including PowerShell, Azure Automation and Azure Monitor
- Microsoft certifications in Azure technologies and infrastructure platforms, including MCSA in Windows Server 2016 or equivalent
