Become a part of the User Experience and User Interface Design team

With a direct reference to Head of UX & UI, you will become part of the UX and UI department, currently consisting of 9 colleagues. We work closely with agile teams across the Kamstrup software product portfolio to create impactful, consistent and intuitive user experiences. We believe that our end users and customers have valuable insights that continuously will help us produce a better product and user experience. That is why we involve them early and iteratively through mockups, prototypes and SW A/B testing to observe how we can make them successful in doing their jobs and solving their problems.
A job with focus on transforming intuitive user interfaces and stakeholder collaboration
In the position as UX/UI Designer your task will be to design and implement innovative and consistent solutions in collaboration with the System Design team, Product Management and Front-End Development team. Furthermore, you must help and support the process of health-monitoring on our digital products and platforms including: identify goals, define metrics, track KPIs, analyze trends, identify UX opportunities and propose solutions to identified issues.
More specific your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We imagine that you have a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or similar and +2 years of proven UI development experience in which you can demonstrate a strong portfolio within UI design, rapid prototyping and story boarding skills.
In addition is a requirement that you have:
Knowledge and experience with Material Design or other design systems will be an advantage.
As a person you are a team player and thrive in a role with many stakeholders and partners. You are good at listening and asking the right questions in order to create excellent UX/UI designs that matches the needs of the target audience. You consider yourself an excellent communicator who can create a good dialog with users and colleagues, which aligns with your ability to translate ideas into something concrete and understandable. Furthermore, you are good at keeping an overview in a busy work environment with more ongoing project and stakeholders.

- Execute on all visual design stages from the concept development to the final hand-off
- Conceptualize and prototype original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design problems
- Determine UX/UI project-specific metrics that can be measured before, during and after implementation to ensure we are creating the desired end user impact
- Experiment with different testing methods (A/B testing, etc.) to improve and continuously test our user experience
Personality matters

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and information architecture
- Proficiency in XD, Figma Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Hands-on experience with the utilization of component libraries and design systems
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
