With a direct reference to our IT Deployment, Team Lead, you will become a part of our 3rd level support department consisting of 15 experienced colleagues. Together we manage the installation, configuration, service and support of the IT-solutions to Kamstrup’s customer as well as the monitoring. In the team, you will work closely with a group of dedicated Technicians, Architects and Project Managers, who value collaboration and an informal tone highly.
IT Specialist with a flair for application operation
In the position as IT Specialist, you will assist our Supporters and Software Developers in the troubleshooting and operational security on our global platforms. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the operation of the infrastructure to our mobile reading platform and the associated platforms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of ongoing releases and updates of the existing applications such as data center tools and the associated infrastructure in Azure and on premises solutions.

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious IT Specialist who is driven by the desire to deliver the best IT solutions trough a solid background within infrastructure and application operations. You have a background as an engineer, data scientist, computer scientist or similar combined with 3-5 years of experience with server IT operation from a larger company, in which you have worked with large scale operations. As our platform is Microsoft based, it is a requirement that you have experiences with this.
Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you have:
As a person you are good at maintaining an overview and are open for new ideas, while you have an analytical and structured approach to your tasks. Therefore, it comes very naturally for you to document solutions and use ITIL principles in your everyday life. You thrive in working in a team, where sparing and knowledge sharing are a natural part of the everyday life. You are also used to consider security into solutions. As you will have a broad contact surface with within and outside the organization, it is key that you are good at creating results and thrive in an outgoing role.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English in both writing and speaking.

- Configuration management
- The use of Cloud architecture
- Azure Kubernetes
- Continuous delivery (CD) pipeline
- Ongoing automation, optimization and maintenance of operational tasks and new releases
- 3rd level support on customer systems

- Advanced network knowledge
- Knowledge of Data Center Automation including Powershell, Azure Automation and Azure Monitor or similar
- Microsoft certifications in Azure technologies and infrastructure platforms, including MCSA in Windows Server or equivalent
