Test Engineer with Bluetooth knowledge
Do you have a passion for testing complex integrated systems? Will you thrive working with our holistic systems, where mobile phones, apps, signal processing, software and hardware all must come together in an integrated solution to serve the end users? Can you see yourself as a central figure in designing, preparing and executing both automated and manual test in a company where these are high on the strategic agenda? If the answer is “Yes” then you could be the person we are looking for to join our Systems Integration and Verification department.
Join a team of highly skilled and dedicated System Test Engineers
You will be joining a department consisting of 12 very skillful Test Engineers. We are a key player in test execution from requirements/prototype to final verification
As a Test Engineer in this position, your daily work will be a part of a small development team (Scrum) where the team both develops, integrates and tests the Bluetooth interface between hearing aid and external devices like mobile phones.
Your main tasks in the development team will be:
- Reviewing and discussing system requirements for testability
- Compatibility testing between smart phones and hearing aid
- Performing various test and measurements to support the development
- Creating, updating, automating and executing test cases
- Debugging and critically assessing the test output in order to provide constructive feedback to developers
Experience in testing integrated systems
We anticipate that you have experience with test of Bluetooth protocol and integration between mobile phone/apps and other devices. You have gained this experience within e.g. the medical device, mobile phone or other relevant industry.
Our development is based on the V model, and we use DOORS and RQM for managing requirements and test cases, respectively. If you are ISTQB certified, it will be an advantage.
It will also be beneficial to have experience with Matlab and XML programming/scripting.
Outgoing and Analytical
As a system tester in Systems Integration and Verification it is necessary for you to be open, outgoing and curious. Furthermore, you excel at communication and coordination. Your approach to your work can be characterized as structured, systematic and analytical. You possess the ability to find solutions in a complex environment. You work well with both details and a wide perspective in order to find the complete solution.
