System Test Engineer for testing audio processing, user interactions and sensor-based features

Join a team of highly skilled and dedicated System Test engineers
You will be joining a department consisting of 11 very skillful and passionate System Test Engineers. We play a key part in test execution from requirements/prototype to final verification.
As a System Test Engineer, in your daily work you will be part of a small development team (Scrum) which focus on developing and testing DSP and audiological features for hearing aids.
Your main tasks in the development team will be:
- Reviewing and discussing system requirements for testability
- Performing a variety of measurements to support the development
- Creating, updating, automating and executing test cases
- Debugging and critically assessing test output in order to provide constructive feedback to developers
Experience in testing integrated systems
We anticipate that you have solid experience with test of digital signal processing (DSP), electroacoustics or audiological features. You could have gained this experience within e.g. the medical device, mobile phone or other relevant industry.
Our development is based on the V model and we use DOORS and RQM for managing requirements and test cases, respectively. If you are ISTQB certified, it will be an advantage.
We also use Matlab, Python and XML in development work of automated test cases, so experience in programming/scripting Matlab, Python and XML is required.
Outgoing and Analytical
As a System Tester in Systems Integration and Verification, it is necessary for you to be open, outgoing and curious.
Furthermore, you excel at communication and coordination. Your approach to your work can be characterized as structured, systematic and analytical and you possess the ability to find solutions in a complex environment. You work well with both details and a wide perspective in order to find the complete and optimal solution.
