We are a key player in test execution from requirements over prototype to final verification and you will be joining a team of 13 very skillful and committed colleagues.
As a Test Engineer in this position, you will be working in a small cross-functional team (Agile team) that is responsible for development, integration and test of the Bluetooth interface between hearing aid and external devices like mobile phones.
We anticipate that you have experience with test of Bluetooth protocol and integration between mobile phone, apps and other devices. You might have gained this experience within e.g. the medical device, mobile phone or other relevant industry. For solving daily tasks, a basic knowledge of Matlab and XML programming/scripting will be essential.
Our development is based on the V model and we use DOORS and RQM for managing requirements and test cases, respectively. An ISTQB certification will be an advantage but is not a must.
As a system tester in Device Software, you have to be open, outgoing and curious. Furthermore, you excel at communication and coordination. Your approach to your work can be characterized as structured, systematic and analytical and you possess the ability to find solutions in a complex environment. You work well with both details and a wide perspective in order to find the complete solution.
We are working according to SAFe principles and practices, thus we seek for a candidate with a Lean-Agile mindset. Prior experience with SAFe framework as well as relevant certifications would be a clear advantage.

Join a team of highly skilled and dedicated System Test Engineers
We are a key player in test execution from requirements over prototype to final verification and you will be joining a team of 13 very skillful and committed colleagues.
As a Test Engineer in this position, you will be working in a small cross-functional team (Agile team) that is responsible for development, integration and test of the Bluetooth interface between hearing aid and external devices like mobile phones.
Your main tasks in the development team will be:
- Reviewing and discussing system requirements for testability
- Compatibility testing between smart phones and hearing aid
- Performing various test and measurements to support the development
- Creating, updating, automating and executing test cases
- Debugging and critically assessing the test output in order to provide constructive feedback to developers
Experience in testing integrated systems
