About the role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team of 6 highly skilled XR developers. As a team, we are working on creating innovative digital solutions and tools using Unity/2D and 3D applications to enhance engineering processes and workflows. Our work helps engineers during design and construction to deliver the world’s most advanced pharmaceutical production facilities.

As a UX/UI designer, you’ll be:
- Conducting the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience
- Working closely with our Product Owner and UX developers across teams in Denmark and India
- Conducting user research and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs
- Translating user feedback into wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and refine concepts before implementation
- Creating UI specs documentation to communicate to developers (font, colors, sizes, etc.)
- Based in Copenhagen but you should expect to visit sites in Kalundborg a few times a month

- A skilled communicator and can make strong rationales for design decisions within business, technical, and user contexts
- Able to build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders in the organization
- Having good cross-cultural understanding, and fluency in written and spoken English are essential – the XR team is international, and department meetings are conducted in English
- Well-organized, can plan your work, and can communicate progress on activities
- Having analytical skills combined with understanding on how technology can empower the business
The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital design, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your ability to solve problems and support end users through design, is essential
- Experience in UX/UI design for 3D, VR and/or AR applications is an asset
- Proficiency in facilitation and expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar, is required
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a bonus
