As Student Assistant in Academy you will become a part of a dedicated team, who work to develop our e-learning courses and materials for our Global Academy.

Student Assistants are an important part of the VIKING organization. Many of our students also complete their internships with us and write their thesis about real life projects and challenges in VIKING.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks includes:

• Graphical setups of course material on the VIKING training platform
• Development and modification of visuals including videos and pictures
• Assist in various marketing related matters
• Support the department on different graphical tasks
• Act as super user on course creation platform
• Ad hoc tasks

Your profile
The ideal candidate:

• Is currently studying within the field of graphic design, multimedia design or similar and have at least 1 year left of studies.
• Has a creative mindset
• Is detail-oriented and has a systematic approach
• Is an experienced user of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Audition
• Has strong video editing skills
• Has strong IT skills
• Is a team player

Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and orally.

You will work approximately 15-20 hours a week (2-3 full days) – with flexibility around exam periods.
