You will join Global Partner Sales located in five of our global offices: Dubai, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Moscow and Ballerup – you will be based out of the latter. It is a highly international and diverse division with threads across the company, giving us a wide internal network. You will be working with a wide network of colleagues from Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Product Management as well as our many partners across the globe.
Graphic design and coordination
As our new graphic designer, you will be responsible for various and diverse tasks and have the opportunity to work on exciting projects like global events and the implementation of global marketing campaigns. As part of such project, you will get to develop and edit graphic work for both print and web as well as manage and update our various local websites for both B2B and B2C.
Additionally, you will have a coordinating role that will include a wide range of tasks like updating and managing the translation process for marketing material and user guides for local distributor markets.
Specific tasks include:

Digital native with a creative nature and an organized mindset
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented and digitally savvy person who can work independently and multitask effectively and has outstanding organizational skills. Given the nature of your tasks that are often passed on from other entities, you are motivated by helping others in a patient and attentive manner.
With the wide internal network that you gain and need to maintain, it is also important, that you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Developing and updating a wide range of designs for local markets, for web, print, webinars and event platforms
- Managing translations and approval of our user guides together with our partners
- Uploading and managing assets in Webdam (content repository and distribution) as well as training the internal team and external partners in how to use Webdam
- Maintaining and updating our B2B news blogs in WordPress
- Advising and supporting external partners in updating their websites, POS material available and much more
- Subtitling and editing videos

- Have advanced skills within Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and are proficient in HTML and CSS
- Might have experience working with Sitecore, WordPress and MadCap Flare
- Have administrative skills
- Are fluent in English and can thrive in an international environment
