We are responsible for delivering high-quality marketing production across Nilfisk’s entire organization, and we need a skilled creative mind to join our team at Nilfisk’s HQ in Brøndby.
As a Graphic Designer at Nilfisk, you will be responsible for graphic, digital and motion design including publications (printed and digital), graphics, POS material, videos/motion graphics for web and social media. You do more than bringing graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and convert visitors to leads. The chosen candidate will work with a broad variety of stakeholders, both global and local, turning briefs into fully realized visions with consistent creative energy.

As a Graphic Designer at Nilfisk, you will be responsible for graphic, digital and motion design including publications (printed and digital), graphics, POS material, videos/motion graphics for web and social media. You do more than bringing graphics to life. You use your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and convert visitors to leads. The chosen candidate will work with a broad variety of stakeholders, both global and local, turning briefs into fully realized visions with consistent creative energy.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with global and local marketing teams to create compelling branded collateral and successfully execute campaign concepts
- Design, production and continuous development of traditional formats, including brochures, catalogues, magazines, leaflets, reports, as well as repurposing assets for digital use when necessary
- Design, production, and development of digital and motion graphic content for use across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, app, video, social, and more)
- Partnering with other creative team members and key stakeholders to determine content development needs and direction
- Ensuring brand consistency across all creative projects and initiatives by incorporating and interpreting Nilfisk’s brand identity and guidelines
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven graphic design experience, including a degree
- Has at least five years of experience in this field, preferably in internal corporate teams or at an agency
- A strong portfolio of designs of traditional formats, digital formats, motion graphics and animations.
- Several years of experience and strong technical skills in InDesign. Proven ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effect.
- The ability to storyboard ideas and quickly deliver conceptual ideas and timelines.
- Ability to follow a creative brief, contribute impactful ideas, and generate mock-ups quickly
- Up-to-date design techniques and follows the styles of today – and tomorrow
Furthermore, the ideal candidate possesses the following personal traits:
- Empathy, communication skills, and the willingness to establish strong rapport with numerous stakeholders and team members
- A self-driven, self-starting mindset, with a determined attitude that inspires them to take initiative and drive projects energetically – and with a safe hand
- A passion for challenging and inspiring others from a creative perspective
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, with the versatility, agility, and desire to take on new challenges
- Great communication skills to receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
- Openness to accept feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
