We are looking for an enthusiastic graphic design student to support the development of the VIKING Safety Academy. This position is an excellent opportunity for beginning your career in a global company. So, if you have at least 1.5 years left of your studies, please read on.

About the position
You will be part of a team of seven passionate colleagues that are developing our e-learning courses and the training material for our academies. Working hours will be approximately 12-16 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours during school breaks.

Suitable candidates will have a creative mindset and be experienced using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro and/or similar programs.

Primary tasks:

  • Graphic design of course material for the VIKING e-learning platform
  • Video and photo editing
  • Supporting the VIKING academy department with different training projects
  • Assisting with various marketing-related tasks
  • Acting as a ‘super user’ for e-learning platforms
  • Ad-hoc support tasks

Necessary skillset:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems and UX development
  • Strong skills within the Adobe suite
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-moving workplace
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
