Georg Jensen is looking for a Technical Designer who will work closely with our external store design agency and internal stakeholders developing Georg Jensen store layouts.
You will report to the Head of VM & Store Planning and be part of a team consisting of a VM Specialist and a Coordinator. Location is the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

The role The Technical Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining Georg Jensen high store planning standards for our global retail and wholesale store portfolio. The position combines two key responsibilities:

- Coordinating and managing the approval process for store projects developed externally
- Independently creating 2D and 3D store layouts as well as technical drawing packages for our markets and subsidiaries to execute.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate store planning projects and manage approval process with external store design agency
- Create store layouts for Concept stores and Shop-In-Shops
- Technical drawing packages
- Fairs: Design layout, Coordination with the exhibitions/suppliers/wholesale, on site project management, budget responsibility
- Order placement for retail projects
- Development of Store Design Guidelines, manuals, furniture catalogues and templates
- Markets support
Your Profile:
- Experience from a similar position working with branded retail and wholesale
- Experienced Revit, AutoCad, InDesign and photoshop user. 3ds Max experience is an advantage
- Trade Fair project experience and knowledge.
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- A structured and organized work style
- Excellent communication skills and highly focused on stakeholder management
- Ambitious & self-driven
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time
- Excellent language proficiency in both written and oral English and Danish, with strong communication skills
