Design Specialist

Are you passionate about visually representing and positioning a high-end brand? Do you care about the details and understand the bigger perspective when working with design and visual identity?

Then you might be the newest add-on to our Marketing Team.

We’re looking for a Design Specialist who will not only support us in our ongoing brand activities but also elevate the brand to new heights. You will be part of the Marketing Team but be working closely with both the Sales Team and our R&D department.

An important aspect of your role will be to ensure, that everything we do visually aligns with the high-quality products we deliver and respects the brand we have grown to be.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Concept development – displays, trade-shows, product packaging, merchandise etc.
• Product design – not the technical part, but visual identity, in particular when we do limited editions
• Creative graphic support such as new catalogues, visual presence at trade shows etc.
• Supporting CeramicSpeed customers with graphic ideas for branding CeramicSpeed
• Responsible for everything related to CeramicSpeed’s visual identity and brand awareness

We expect of you that:

• You have a relevant background and experience in working with brands on their visual identity
• Are an experienced user of InDesign and other relevant design software systems
• Can work with a creative process from the initial phase until the final result has been delivered

As part of the marketing department, you will become part of a close, passionate team that are all working independently within their own specialist areas. This team works closely with the different sales teams on constantly developing and strengthening the brand worldwide

You will primarily be working out of our HQ in Holstebro, but we can offer a level of flexibility which can be negotiated with the Marketing Manager.
