Looking for meaningful projects and the opportunity to play an active role in the climate and sustainability field? The World Climate Foundation is looking for a graphic designer to help with the ongoing graphic design tasks for our large-scale projects within climate, biodiversity and health.
We can offer you work with a broad spectrum of different tasks and a place for you to develop and learn new skills. The World Climate Foundation is the biggest and most influential global platform focusing on action and impact on climate, biodiversity and health.
For over a decade, we have facilitated large-scale collaboration between governments, businesses, financial institutions, and international organisations accelerating the transition to a green economy. Through creating powerful cross-sectoral partnerships, we foster innovation and investment for sustainable solutions in the climate, biodiversity and health.
We are looking for a goal-oriented and driven person to join our fast-moving and international team for a full-time position. You will support and contribute actively to the graphic design of our platforms, including for several high-level projects and international climate, biodiversity and health events.

We are looking for a goal-oriented and driven person to join our fast-moving and international team for a full-time position. You will support and contribute actively to the graphic design of our platforms, including for several high-level projects and international climate, biodiversity and health events.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support communications & marketing team in developing and implementing content that align with organisation’s objectives
- Develop and create content for various platforms, including web, print, social media and documents in line with the brand guidelines
- Working closely with our communications & marketing team to create professional and engaging content suited to our audience
- Develop and update the corporate identity & design guidelines
- Think creatively within established brand guidelines to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for print and digital platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Visual Design, Multimedia or related design field.
- 3 years or more of working experience in graphic design, previous experience in B2B market is a plus
- To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, visual design, and layout techniques and have a strong attention to detail
- You have experience in animations and video editing (Skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro are considered a big plus)
- Experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including brochures, social media content and websites
- Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Solid experience with website management and CMS-systems (we use Wix)
- Experience with the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint is a plus
- Understanding of current digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and targeted communication and marketing
- Being able to implement and enhance our visual identity to sales materials, website, SoMe content and venue branding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and on multiple projects at once
