Actimo is the fastest growing employee app in the Nordics and over the last two years, have opened offices in Barcelona, Mexico, Guatemala and London, and have clients like Circle K, BMW, ISS, BoConcept and many more.
We are around 50 Actimonians today of 13 different nationalities. We have the ambition to become one of the global market leaders in connecting companies and their employees. We need you on the journey.
The position
Actimo is seeking a seasoned UX researcher/Product Designer who will work with full stack squad to craft end-to-end outcomes for our clients. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled, self-driven, and used to working with a tech team, and do research with clients, and navigating with stakeholders .
Our two squads are located in Copenhagen and Barcelona, and projects are cross-border and cross-functional. Besides being a part of the Product team, your closest allies will be Tech, Product Marketing, Customer Success, our customers, and the end users, the thousands of employee using the app every day.

Main responsibilities
- As responsible for doing UX research for the squads, you will be framing and solving design challenges from A to B: research, define and prototyping as well as improving existing journeys through design.
- Together with Product Management, Customer Success and Product Marketing you will ensure that we know what we build, ship and do a difference.
- Take design decision based on the overall metrics and KPIs.
- Continuously work on improving actual patterns and creating new ones, to raise the bar of the UX level of this industry
- Contribute to our wins, culture, and team fun
Desired skills and experience
- 5+ years experience with digital product design and UX research
- Strong understanding of the SaaS-based business model, user journeys or working on a product team.
- Data driven mindset and analytics power
- Excellent communication skills, able to navigate with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for solving complex problems, eastics and details
