Job Description
Danfoss Cooling is looking for a Production Technology Manager for High Pressure Pumps (HPP). In this role, you will be responsible for the development of manufacturing processes within the scope of production technology. You will be leading a team of five Manufacturing engineers who support Operations, as well as our Maintenance team consisting of five Maintenance specialists - all located in Nordborg. Moreover, you will become a member of the Supply Chain Management team and Product teams.We expect you to take part in developing our Supply Chain Strategy and executing the strategy in time to meet our growth targets. Other key tasks and responsibilities will include: Continuously driving IATF16949 (Quality Standard) improvements, automating and optimizing the production set-up, developing technologies and equipment, and contributing to new product development projects.Background and skillsTo be considered for this position, you must be an experienced leader. Digitalization of shopfloors is a well-known process to you, and you have a technical background as a Mechanical Engineer or Technician. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience within CNC-machining as well as assembly and automation.
- Experience with developing, improving and innovating production technology
- Personal drive and a proactive mindset which allow you to stay ahead of the curve – still you should also be pragmatic in acting and thinking.
- Ability and desire to taking your team and the organization with you.
- Good listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions and act as a trusted advisor.
- Good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
