As a Senior Art Director in a creative team of 12 people (Art Directors, Digital Designers, Copywriters, and Production Managers), you will drive the visual development of new compelling hearing aid campaigns, for primarily Philips Hearing Solutions and Oticon hearing aids, in close collaboration with Copywriters, Production Managers, Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Graphic Solution. You will be part of the Creative Development team in Global Marketing within our Hearing Instrument Group. We have an informal and creative atmosphere where trust and a can-do attitude are pivotal. We support each other and share feedback and ideas to continuously improve.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
Effective communication skills and a genuine interest in storytelling, along with a background in creating visually appealing experiences that connect with audiences, and a keen interest in generative AI. Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a digital-focused environment, agency, or in-house creative department. You are an advanced expert in Adobe Creative Suite with strong UI/UX skills and a toolbox for creating digital elements such as Figma, PowerPoint etc. You like to engage with stakeholders and colleagues from diverse functions and organizational levels, and have a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, UI/UX, motion, and digital designs.

Develop engaging campaign concepts and brand experiences for our hearing aid brands

Key responsibilities
You can look forward to a wide range of interesting tasks, including:
- Campaign development: Transfer briefs to creative concepts and execute high-quality marketing campaigns, brand projects, and product launches for both print and digital platforms in alignment with the brand’s communication strategy.
- Creative direction: Guide designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-impact visuals across digital and print channels.
- Brand strategy: Maintain and evolve brand identities with a clear direction, ensuring consistency across all creative assets, platforms and campaigns (CVI compliance)
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members across Global Marketing to balance input and align creative ideas while securing execution in alignment with the brand’s communication strategy, guidelines and deadlines
- Trend awareness: Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and audience behaviors to keep our brands at the forefront.
