We're looking for an experienced Designer to join our team in Aarhus to help us realize our vision for the company and product. You will be responsible for our complete visual identity across all channels and will be an essential role in redefining the look and feel of our product, brand and marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities:
- Help plan and execute new design strategies incl. a rebranding of our visual identity
- Create conceptually innovative design solutions for our website, product, and marketing efforts
- Ensure high quality and consistency in our visual identity across all channels
- Help optimize user experience by identifying and analyzing trends in customer behavior
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a talented designer with multiple years of experience designing responsive and modern web interfaces
- Have a great understanding of design with a focus on core user experience principles
- Are experienced with design and conceptualization tools including Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Sketch
- Are a conceptual problem solver, with ideas that challenge conventional ways, together with the drive to bring them to life
- Are excited by the opportunity to take on a wide range of different design and visual concept challenges
- Can actively participate in discussions and articulate your ideas in a constructive manner
- Use metrics to make informed decisions
- Are respectful towards other people
