Welcome to the Electronic Development team in FalCom. We are a friendly bunch of engineers, who have a close collaboration on exciting phases of the development of new products and some maintenance tasks related to existing products in the market.

We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations, military, law enforcement and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments – all while providing world-class hearing protection.
Physically, we are located in Ballerup together with the rest of GN.
Your development and future work environment
Your tasks will vary with exposure to many different projects and lifecycle stages of the development. Sometimes you might be prototyping and thinking about concepts for future products while you might also be working on problem solving processes in interactions with our suppliers.
Our work environment focuses on innovation and collaboration with our colleagues in Mechanics, software and our prototyping colleagues to mention a few. It enables us to keep improving our Design for Manufacturing (DFM)- and Design for Assembly (DFA) processes, which you will also learn about from our engineering team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Hardware solutions
- Analog and Digital schematic design
- High speed digital hardware design, signal integrity and power distribution
- Modifying existing Hardware
- Test & Validation
- Create documents and specifications
- Collaborate across teams and work with Software and the Mechanical team as well as with external suppliers
Possible qualifications
We are open to a variety of backgrounds, but hope that you bring:
- A master's degree related to electronics engineering
- Understanding of PCB design flow (schematic, multilayer PCB design)
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI
- Experience with Analog Simulation (Spice, LTSpice)
- Friendly teammate, who are always available for the team. Our team comes first.
- Having a big drive and motivation to learn and share knowledge
- Analytical skills and strong communication skills
- Thrives in dynamic working environment
