Technical Management – Hardware specialist

We are looking for someone to be part our dedicated team that supports our customers all over the world, with our installed solutions based on technologies that are centered around RFID.

Through our network of RFID equipment, placed in Postal distribution centers all over the world, we help keep track of letters, packages, and equipment. In airports we keep track of baggage and in hospitals we keep track vital tools and machines.

In a sometimes-hectic day, with many different tasks underway, we need a calm person, that under pressure can help maintain a good atmosphere and fun work environment.

We are looking for someone with the following competencies:

• The ability to structure your own and the teams’ tasks
• Relevant Technical or IT education, could be IT Supporter, Data technician, IT og Elektronik teknolog
• Knowledge about RFID would be an advantage, but we will teach you if you don’t know RFID
• Easy going but high sense of urgency when needed.
• Knowledge about ITIL processes and tools, certifications would be good…
• The ability to speak and write English. English is the company language.

Your job will include the following:

• 2nd and 3rd line support to LS customers

• IOT device management, maintaining LS customers installation base of RFID devices
• Support of ServiceDesk, help the ServiceDesk become more independent
• Maintaining and extending existing Knowledge base
• Bridge between ServiceDesk and Technical/Application management
• Become the main responsible for Handhelds.

Own tasks now and long term:

• Handle and follow up on outstanding customer incidents, service requests and problems
• Communicate to customers and internally about status and progress
• Educate and learn from piers and teammates
• Identify and suggest solutions for Problems in the RFID network

The LS Service Department are placed in Denmark, Romania and Canada, so you will work in a multi-cultural environment, where the personal success is directly linked to the success of the entire team.
