In our Electronics EMC & Audio team, we are looking for a new colleague with EMC experience, a positive team spirit and with hands-on capabilities to join our creative team. Our team is responsible for design and verification of the EMC & Audio concepts use in our products, including in-depth knowledge and competences within these areas. We focus on delivering solutions that enable us to deliver world-class hearing instrument solutions, and on the development of new concepts for future products, as well as the maturation of concepts before they are used in product development.
Joining us, you will play a crucial role in various stages of product development, from concepting and design to verification and handover for mass production. You will be a part of designing electronics platforms against complex technical requirements while reaching for a more compact devices with advanced technologies. The team works closely together with other competences and cross functional teams. Together with your colleagues in other parts of the organization, you will have a direct and concrete impact on our product’s quality and the user’s life quality.

As an EMC engineer, you will have a high degree of influence and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of electromagnetic compatibility and safety. Your work will directly contribute to the realization of our mission to push the limits of technology to change the lives of people with hearing loss.
We imagine that you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering and have experience working with EMC. Having knowledge from working with hearing instruments or other smaller products such as cell phones, headsets or similar is considered an advantage.
You like to have a hands-on approach to your work and are curious for learning to overcome challenges. You enjoy working in teams and like to collaborate closely with colleagues across departments.

- Design of EMC electromagnetic compatibility solutions
- Conduct EMC measurements and troubleshooting with an emphasis on EMS
- Develop and implement test plans & procedures
- Electronics system integration
- General digital and analog design
- PCB layout evaluation with EMC and safety in mind
- Use of simulation for design tradeoffs and early design exploration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and regulatory teams, to ensure EMC compliance
- Stay current with EMC standards and regulations relevant to the medical industry.
