We are now looking for you - a passionate Night Manager. A night owl that wants to ensure exceptional service provided around the clock. You are the one responsible for our Front of House during the night hours, a business savv, self-motivated problem-solver that take great pride in creating and delivering great experiences for our guests.
You are a leader, the one that always walk that extra mile for your team and love to help and see others grow and develop. We are planning a front of house like nothing you have never seen before, to manage that we need a team of people that dare to challenge the ordinary and do things differently. We believe that you have been in a similar position before with the responsibility for your own team.

To focus on pre-opening:


  • Establish procedures for the department in good time in line with business requirements
  • Make sure that the departments employees are given training in all areas required before opening, so that they can deliver excellent quality internally and towards our guests right from the outset


    • Responsibilities:

  • Together with our Front of House Manager assisting on all aspects of the department including operations, planning and staffing the night team
    Responsible for fire safety during the night
  • Manage Front of House operations as guest service, check-in/check-out, room inventory and availability, cost controls and overall profitability, systems use, meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries requests and issues in a timely and friendly manner
  • Contribute that short and long terms goals are achieved and the department works efficiently and that high standards are met to exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure that your colleges has an everyday wellbeing and that being part of this team is much more than a work
