We are looking for an experienced manager, preferably with insights in the local segment of Copenhagen hospitality industry, to join our dedicated Front Office team. First Hotel Kong Frederik seeks not only a high level of experience and education, but also a dynamic, pragmatic and flexible manager with a highly developed sense of guest service and skills.

There is a major refurbishment in pipeline for the hotel within the next 2-3 years, where the plan at the moment is that we are going for a 5 star hotel, so the person we are looking for needs to be able to work with a 5 star service attitude level, but at the moment in a 4 star environment.
THE JOB
Daily operation of the frontdesk team, besides checking guests in and out via First Hotels brand standards, You will assist in requests, price offerings, revenue managemnt together with the management and revenue team. Daily reporting, team schedueling in timeplan checking arrival lists and all daily routines of the team in front desk. Salary, dutyplans, sick registrations and other staff/personell tasks is a part of your daily routine. It will be a job with both tasks back of house asswell as a part of the regular frontdesk team.
Preferbly you are a metikular and detailed oriented person, with good management skills, empathy and willing to go that extra mile in case of service and revenue delivery.
You and your team will represent the first and last that all our guest experience through out their stay, so the role of daily training the staff is important to.
EXPECTATIONS
You are outgoing, hospitality and service runs through your vanes, and you enjoy the role as being on stage all the time. Preferably You have experience from a hotel with an international segment. You thrive in an energetic and small team environment. Have a good overview with many tasks at the same time. Always beeing sharp, groomed, well rested and you speak and understand danish, english and maybee a third language.
HOTEL WITH HISTORY AND SOUL
First Hotel Kong Frederik and the restaurant have had a prominent place in the history of Copenhagen, and where the hotel is located is the place in the city where it is believed that has been run the longest continuous hotel business. It was also in the hotel's restaurant that author Tom Kristensen found inspiration for his masterpiece Craft, and it is also said that Lenin himself should have eaten Forloren Skildpadde.
