As our new HR Partner specialized within Nordic Employee and Labor Relations you join our mission to enable an exceptional employee experience. This position is a hybrid role based in Asker, Norway or Vallensbaek, Denmark.

The Nordic HR team consists, together with the HR Partner specialized in Employee and Labor relations, of the HR Business Leader, an HR Partner, and a centralized People Solutions team, supported by our regional Centers of Excellence.
As a team we are strategic partners driving the people agenda on a Nordic level and collaborating with our operational centralized partners. We provide consultative support and management and your will be specialized in providing support and direction for complex employee relations and investigation cases to employees and managers.

Make an impact on our employee management
Working across all Business Units and functions operating in our Nordic country entities you will create and socialize country specific employee policies and written guidance. And you will be a core member of the labor and employee relations community led by the Head of Labor Relations for Europe, who will help shape the agenda and drive business change.
You will play a crucial role in helping the organization understand and pro-actively drive people management to create an exceptional employee experience; this you will achieve by translating policy frameworks and the takeda people value proposition into motivational and tangible aspects of taking ownership for every employee’s career.
“We will be leveraging on your knowledge and our employee insights tools to build partnerships and drive the people strategy for the Nordics. Listening in on what the business needs - always thinking ahead but ensuring we deliver on the short-term initiatives,” Sunbeam continues.
Are you the one?
There are many ways of entering this role. You might have a bachelor’s degree in HR, labor or employment law, or you have significant experience working with Labor Relations.
You have 5+ years of experience from a complex, preferably Nordic HR organization with proven understanding of local and regional diversity of thought and application. You also have a sound understanding of EU employment regulations and local country labor law. Preferably you have experience from the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
