Energetic Associate HRBP personality and change agent to join our HR Business Partnering team

The main contribution of this maternity cover role is to ensure operational and tactical HR Business Partnering. You will be acting as the focal point between the HR organization and specific business units.

In this role you will be part of a highly motivated and competent team of HR Business Partners with real business impact in an international technology company. The HRBP team is part of “One-HR” that consists of 14 great employees placed in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Grenaa.

Your key responsibilities will be to ensure resolution and execution of operational and tactical HR tasks by:

  • Being the go-to-person for specific units and leaders across our value chain, covering all people pipeline activities for some smaller Group Functions (Finance, Performance Management and General Counsel) and mid-level leaders in the operational area like our Supply Chain and Quality Management organization – always working in close collaboration with other great HR colleagues, and often together with the primary functional HRBP (Senior HRBP or HRBP)
  • Handling HR activities across the entire people pipeline, incl. all HR legal activities – hire-to-fire
  • Responsible for selected recruitments covering positions on Professional to Specialist level – from calibration meeting with hiring manager, to test and interviews, to signed contract, etc.
  • Conducting leadership sparring for mid-level managers and specific leadership teams
  • Facilitating people development, key employee development and possible conflict management activities, primarily with mid-level managers
  • Driving different HR yearly cycle activities in your area of responsibility – e.g. the People Review process, Employee Survey, Salary Review, Strategic Workforce Forecast, etc.
  • Being co-responsible (together with the primary HRBP as lead) on organizational transitions, meaning associate partnering on people aspects, organizational development, leadership, change management, communication and organizational design
  • Coordinate, execute and support on HR KPIs, analytics and reporting, tasks in relation to e.g. organizational transformations across Terma, various projects in close collaboration with other HR colleagues, and buddy-role for Student Worker/Intern in the HRBP team.

In addition to this, we expect you to have:

  • A proven track-record of 1-2 years of experience with relevant Associate HRBP or HR Consultant tasks, covering the activities mentioned above - preferably within international production and engineering organizations
  • A relevant foundation and toolbox in place combined with the will to learn and the ability to join a steep learning curve. You are eager to translate business objectives into high-performing Associate HR Business Partnering behavior and results
  • A relevant academic background at BA level as a minimum, combined with solid business know-how
  • Preferably you hold a DISC certification, Mercer IPE certification and Employment Law certification/courses
  • Business understanding and tactical understanding to be able to conduct dialogues with leaders, as well as financial understanding with insight in the economical key figures
  • An analytical mindset enabling you to bring HR KPIs, Analytics and Reporting to the table
  • Solid IT competencies, including Excel and PP presentations at a high level
