The job


On behalf of CooperSurgical, we are looking for you, who have experience within HR-administration, for a temporary position of 6 months. Your main task will be to support commercial functions across EMEA.

  • First point of contact for personnel queries
  • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Responsible for all HR administrative handling of employees from hire to exit
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Participate in HR projects

Your profile


The right candidate is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferably you have some working experience as an HR Coordinator. You are used to managing a multitude of internal stakeholders’ priorities across tight schedules. You are used to working in and with an international team.

We expect that you are detail-oriented and that you possess excellent organizational skills. Further, it is paramount that you are a competent communicator in both speech and writing.

Professional qualifications:


  • Organized, good at following up and working methodically
  • Perfect English skills
  • Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in using HR Oracle is a strong advantage

Personal qualifications


  • Proactive, service-minded and determined
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and a customer service-oriented mindset

Other information


This is a fulltime position at a duration of 6 months. There will be a possibility, that it will lead to a permanent position.

Working hours are between 08:00 – 17:00 but will be adjusted accordingly to the tasks and projects.

Salary according to qualifications.

You will be employed by Moment and work for CooperSurgical in Ballerup.

Interviews will take place on a continuous basis and the position will start as soon as the right candidate has been found.
