The position
As a HR Manager you´ll support the whole Danish organization, working close with both our managers and employees. The work involves strategic tasks and day-to-day hands-on responsibility for the whole HR annual wheel, incl. Business Partner role and HR legal operations.

Overall responsibility
As HR Manager you will operate in a matrix organization and must have the ability to engage key stakeholders locally and across the markets. In this role you will implement, develop, and support in global and local guidelines.
You will work together with the managers of the organization to ensure global and local alignment. Coach and support managers on all levels in Team Development, personnel cases, and Talent Development. Your work will be across two solution hubs (Publicis Creative, Publicis Media,) supporting the “Power of One” business plan, specifically in the areas of:
You will report to Head of Talent Sweden & Denmark, and with a dotted line to the MD of Publicis Groupe Denmark. The position is located in Copenhagen/City.
Qualifications and experience
The right candidate for the position of HR Manager is a confident and competent HR professional, with sound knowledge of the HR toolbox – from operational to tactical and strategic. In other words, a HR Manager with an eye on the ball and who is aware that value is created through secure HR processes and solid collaborations skills and creating trust across the organization.
It is also expected that the new HR Manager will be deeply involved in and, to a certain extent, drive various change projects.

The HR Manager must be able to interact well with colleagues at all levels with great empathy skills and also be keen to participate in social activities.
The candidate has a minimum of 4-5 years' HR experience in total, for example as HR Consultant/People Partner, HR Business Parter, HR Manager or similar and probably has an MSc in HR, MSc in Legal or Communication or similar background. Bu
Minimum 2 years of experience from a people partner or HR admin role in a medium to large company is an advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of Dansh labor law
